We are delighted to share that one of our customers, South Piedmont Community College, has been selected as Top ten finalist for the Bellwether Award!

From partnering with Ready Education in 2021 and launching their app ‘SPCC Navigate’ this academic year, the college is already realizing success with their student app.

We’re delighted that we’ve helped SPCC meet their students where they are, on their smartphones. Communication and information finding at SPCC has now been streamlined with key tools such as email, the LMS, wayfinding solution, queue scheduling software as well as the college chat bot Navi all being made available within the app.

Having all the information they need contained in one smartphone application has been hugely beneficial for their students. And we know it’s been appreciated as in the first 4 months there were over 1600 downloads. This represents over 50% of their full-time students!

Excitingly, the college has now recently received wider recognition of the success of SPCC Navigate by becoming a top 10 finalist in the Planning, Governance and Finance category of the Bellwether Award. They will compete for this prestigious award at the end of February at the 2022 Community College Futures Assembly in San Antonio, Texas and we can’t wait to see how they get on!
