At Zayed University, one of three federal universities in the UAE, that meant independent spreadsheets, single-use tools, and separate calendars that each reached only a small group of students.
For Zayed University, the decision was strategic before it was operational. As a federal institution aligned with the Ministry of Higher Education’s goals for developing Emirati talent, the university needed a way to embed its Skills and Capabilities Framework across the full student journey.

They launched in about three months, grew from a 200-student pilot to all 10,000 students within six months, and reached 75% active student engagement in the first year.
